Last Updated: June 2008

1. THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ADVANCED INTERNET SYSTEMS
This is an agreement ("Agreement") between you and Advanced Internet Systems (or, if applicable, one of its affiliates). This site is a service of AIS (hereinafter referred to as "AIS" , "AIS", "AIS Site" or "Site"). You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you may access or view our Site. Please read them carefully. Please note that when you enter any subsite accessible through this site, such subsite may have its own terms and conditions of use which are specific to such subsite. When you access, browse, or use this AIS Site you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth below and any additional terms and conditions of use set forth in any subsite.

AIS provides users, who submit queries in any Web-based search box provided by AIS, with Internet navigation assistance web pages ("Results Pages") containing search results and other content (the "Service"). This Agreement governs your use of the Service, including any Results Pages and any Web page that contains a Web-based search box provided by AIS (a "Home Page"; and, together with any Results Pages, the "AIS Web Pages"). You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have attained the age of majority in the province, state or country in which you reside, and any information that you submit is correct. AIS OFFERS THE SERVICE TO YOU CONDITIONED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE WITHOUT MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY (See Sections 12, 13, and 14); AND AN EXCLUSIVE REMEDY (See Section 13). THESE PROVISIONS FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF OUR BARGAIN.

2. HOW AIS MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT
AIS reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which it offers the Service at any time and without notice, and such modifications shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms, conditions and notices, and any additional terms posted on any AIS Web Page. If any terms contained in this Agreement conflict with any terms contained within an AIS Web Page, the terms of this Agreement shall control. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to, this Agreement, including any changes made to such Agreement pursuant to this Section. Bookmark this page and check it frequently as it is up to you to refer to this page for any amendments/changes to the original Agreement.

3. ELIGIBILITY:
You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of or use this site. Membership in the service is void where prohibited. By using and/or viewing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you are at least 18-years old (21-years old in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority) - who are interested in and wish to have access to visual images, verbal and written descriptions and audio sounds of a sexually oriented, and frankly erotic nature. The materials, which are available within this site may include graphic visual depictions and descriptions of nudity and sexual activity and should not be accessed by anyone who is younger than 18-years old (21-years old in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority) or who is offended by such materials or who does not wish to be exposed to such materials. Commercially available parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) may assist you in limiting access to material that is harmful to minors.

By using and/or viewing this site you represent and warrant under penalty of perjury the following:

A) That you are an adult, at least 18-years of age (21-years old in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority).
B) That you will not permit any person(s) under 18-years of age (21-years old in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority) to have access to any of the materials contained within this Site.
C) That you understand that when you gain access to this site, you will be exposed to visual images, verbal descriptions and audio sounds of a sexually oriented, frankly erotic nature, which may include graphic visual depictions and descriptions of nudity and sexual activity. You are voluntarily choosing to do so, because you want to view, read and/or hear the AIS materials which are available, for your own personal enjoyment, information and/or education. Your choice is a manifestation of your interest in sexual matters which, you believe, is both healthy and normal and which, in your experience, is generally shared by average adults in your community. You further represent and warrant that you are familiar with the standards in your community regarding the acceptance of such sexually oriented materials, and the materials you expect to encounter are within those standards. In your judgment, the average adult in your community accepts the consumption of such materials by willing adults in circumstances such as this which offer reasonable insulation from the materials for minors and unwilling adults, and will not find such materials to appeal to a prurient interest or to be patently offensive.
D) That you further represent and warrant that you have not notified any governmental agency, including the U.S. postal service, that you do not wish to receive sexually oriented material.
E) That you represent and warrant that you have not and will not use and/or view the Site(s) in a restricted location - namely a place, country, or location in which doing so would, or could be deemed a violation of any law, regulation, rule, ordinance, edict or custom.

4. TERMINATION
AIS reserves the right to terminate your access to the site for any reason or no reason. AIS may terminate your membership upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to us. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect including sections 1, 3, 14, inclusive, of this Agreement.

5. CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE/CDA
A) AIS claims immunity from liability to the fullest extent under the law and as provided under the Communications Decency Act for Content provided by third parties and members and nothing in this agreement is intended to waive, remove, or usurp such immunity. B) You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the AIS , or transmit to other AIS members.
C) If you send any communications or materials to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any comments, data, questions, suggestions, or the like, all such communications are, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Thus, you give up any claim that any use of such material violates any of your rights including moral rights, privacy rights, proprietary or other property rights, publicity rights, rights to credit for material or ideas, or any other right, including the right to approve the way AIS uses such material.
D) Any material submitted to this Site may be adapted, broadcast, changed, copied, disclosed, licensed, performed, posted, published, sold, transmitted, or used by AIS anywhere in the world, in any medium, forever. Furthermore, AIS is free to use, without any compensation to you, any concepts, ideas, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products using such information. However, you agree and understand that AIS is not obligated to use any such ideas or materials, and you have no rights to compel such use.
E) By posting content to any area of AIS, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to AIS and its members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information, rights of publicity, and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works and other media, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. For privacy terms, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
F) AIS will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the site or service and terminating the membership of such violators. I) You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other AIS members. It is the intention of AIS to fully comply with the DMCA, including the Notice and "take down" provisions and to benefit from the safe harbors immunizing it from liability to the fullest extent provided by law, and to the extent the Notice and "take down" requirements above deviate from the requirements under the DMCA then the Notice requirements as provided by the DMCA shall control and are herein incorporated by reference.

As a provider of the Service (which provides paid and web search results and links to the web sites of third parties), AIS is not in a position to arbitrate copyright disputes between copyright owners, on the one hand, and advertisers, web site operators or users of the Service, on the other hand. The advertisers, web site operators, and users are responsible for their own content. Thus, we encourage copyright owners to resolve their disputes directly with the advertisers, web site operators, and/or users. However, if an advertiser, web site operator, or user of the Service, as the case may be, repeatedly infringes the rights of a copyright owner(s), AIS may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, (a) disable and/or terminate the right of such advertiser to display its advertisements on AIS Web Pages; (b) exclude such web site from being included in AIS's indices and web results; or (c) disable and/or terminate the right of such user to use the Service, as the case may be. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, and you believe it is appropriate to notify AIS thereof, please send a notice that complies with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(3) to AIS's Copyright Agent:
